Refund policy

Request a return authorization by emailing Sales@Jiani.ca - Please note the order number and item(s) you wish to return for refund. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and arrange a courier for you.

Please ensure product has been *delivered within 30 days*, product and packaging in new condition and packaged as it was received - worn or used items are ineligible. After 30 days, if approved for return, there will be a 20% restocking fee (reduced refund). Product or packaging returned damaged/soiled will not be accepted or considered for refund. Depending on the date of the fulfilled product, returns may be denied and ineligible for return. Return shipping of denied product may be responsibility of the clinic.

Exchanges - quick switch exchanges are not accepted - must request a return/refund and place order for new item(s) needed.

Please inspect your order within 48 hours upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you further.

Jiani Medical reserves the right to inspect and investigate all items returned for any reason. Defective items eligible for manufacturing defects only.
